now back at work. It is a miracle because my brother had been taken to Mhondoro to die there as there was nothing that could
be done. I remember when l called your office and you told me that "if the resources are available let us do our best and
leave the rest to God". Thank you for providing transport from Mhondoro to Parirenyatwa. My brother was admitted at PARI D
floor for 3 weeks and it was a difficult time for me had it not been for you. l would have not coped on my own. Thank
you for your patience in explaining the same things several times to me. I am also most grateful to Dr Ngwende who was happy
to explain to me my brother's condition. I am sorry for not understanding how you doctors value the confidentiality of your
patients. At first l thought you were trying to hide something from me but when my brother gave you the go ahead, you were

Another Story from one of our clients. Dr Chireka thank you very much
for dealing with my complaint. I did receive my fully refund yesterday and my sister also got her medication. I am sorry for
being so rude on the phone. I now realise that I was wrong. My sister was eventually attended to by your staff at Eastgate
Harare. We intially thought you were one of these bogus companies that are out there to rip us of our hard earned cash. You
are one in a million and may God bless you. I will call you at the end of the month for another supply of drugs for my sister.
